But in 2019, when Estel Powell took the helm, he brought more than just a passion for great food—he brought a commitment to community, quality, and a whole lot of flavor.
With a dedication to perfecting every bite, Estel reworked our dough, sauce, and cheese recipes, ensuring that every pizza that leaves our oven is crisp, cheesy, and packed with flavor. In 2023, we made a bold move—literally—shifting from our original New York-style pick-up and delivery shop to our new home at 406 W Main St. With this move, we transformed into an Italian Brick Oven destination, blending traditional techniques with a hybrid dough process that delivers a perfect balance of crunch and chew in every slice.
